College Funding Project

Yes, you can pay for college! We’ll show you how.

CFP is a program available to all Delaware public high schools that provides financial aid information, resources and direct assistance to high school juniors and seniors and their families as they navigate the world of financial aid for college. All programs are available during the day for students and in the evenings for families. Contact your local high school for their schedule of events.

Program Goals:

  • Assist students and their families to successfully access federal and state funding for post-secondary education.
  • Increase the number of high school seniors who complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
  • Be competitive with other states for the percentage of students completing FAFSA
  • Tangentially, increase the number of Delaware students pursuing post-secondary education.

The goal is to familiarize students and their families with the FAFSA. This is not a “hands- on” FAFSA completion event. Families requiring additional assistance can schedule an appointment for a one-on-one session with our experts. Time: 45-60 minutes
